Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 22:00 GMT+1 are processed the same day. Delivery to the UK and Europe typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, courier routing, or local postal delays.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. Use the link or code provided to follow your shipment in real time.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected European countries. Additional destinations may be added in the future — stay tuned!
Returns & Refunds
You may return your order within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. A valid order number or receipt is required.
Email us at info@lorivaine.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason. Once approved, you'll receive a return label and full instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return — back to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the amount.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lorivaine.com with clear photo or video proof. You do not need to return the item. We'll issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply request a return — and once your refund is processed, place a new order for the item you want.
The following cannot be returned: final sale or clearance items, custom or personalised items, gift cards, digital downloads, and hygiene-related items.
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After this window, cancellation is no longer possible as your order will already be in processing.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Absolutely. All transactions are protected with 128-bit SSL encryption and we are fully PCI DSS compliant. Your full card details are never visible to us — we only see your billing/shipping address and the last four digits of your card number.
