At Lorivaine, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make the process simple and fair.
1. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit, we will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no extra cost.

To process your claim, we kindly ask you to provide photo or video evidence of the issue.

In these cases, no return is required.
2. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns submitted after this period.

Items must be in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, including customs clearance. Please do not use a delivery method that requires recipient-side customs clearance, as our warehouse cannot accept such parcels.

Please note: due to the high shipping costs, we are unable to provide a full refund for returns that are not due to damage or error. However, you are welcome to have the item shipped back to your own address for potential resale.
3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
